Pregnancy Congratulations Words

The snow melted ...

After heavy snowfall, it was just beginning to prepare the boards for this winter and we had arranged the paddles and kayaks. But the thaw came early last week and here we are with big floods throughout France, freestylers from around the country are well pleased on beautiful and big waves as the wave of Larçay in the Cher, the wave Roger almost Nime, Hawaii sur Rhone in Lyon and the waves of La Scie and Malate near Besancon.
For my part I was not far from my home near Besancon to make me good sessions at the Saw and Malate with local Marlene Luke Inouk Clement and not forgetting the friend Markus L who traveled from Germany for a good and big Malate to 500 cubic ... Here are some

December 18, INTERNATIONAL DAY OF MIGRANT-ES

Friday, December 17, 2010 A 11H
PRESS CONFERENCE
REFUGE IN CHURCH OF ST CLASS. SPIRIT
PATH Boisy 21, LAUSANNE

The number of migrants worldwide is increasing and at the same time states rich barricade themselves behind walls, fences and laws to try to expel the migrants seeking asylum and hospitality.
Those who come, risking their lives to cross the border find themselves face-es to a climate of mistrust, shelving, humiliation and contempt and constantly in danger expulsion. Switzerland and the canton of Vaud is one example among many.

We, the Collective Right to Remain in the canton of Vaud, continue our struggle for the right to migration, asylum, human rights for every human being. At this time of rising ideologies harmful and dangerous, we show that resistance to these dark forces is possible and urgent and it is the only way to prevent further violations of our own freedom and to build a society where the dignity of each person is respected.

We invite the press to support us in our fight for others joined the resistance of the refugees are, of migrants and all people who cry BASTA excluding , the criminalization and state violence that falls every day not only on migrants but also a more subtle on us all.

I Have Been Taking Valium For

The Refuge as an act of resistance. Moving the shelter

After Sallaz The parishes of St. Joseph and St. . Paul, the shelter was welcomed today in the parish of St. Esprit Road Boisy 21 in Lausanne. Two people are still protected from a threat of imminent removal: T. which is threatened with expulsion to the DRC after 10 years living in Switzerland and D. Former child soldier Sierra Leone happens to me a minor in Switzerland in the hope of a real life again.
Like them, hundreds of people have lived for years in fear of the execution of their removal that strikes at random one or the other, without notice. The shelter is not only protection but also wants a denunciation and opposition to the inhumane policies pursued by the canton of Vaud in the blind application of the dictates of Bern.
The Collective Right to stay for all-you-s hands to light the plight of people using emergency deliberately kept in the dark by the authorities, and calls for their regulation. This adjustment is possible due and urgent for the dignity of us all.

Durabuilt Air Compressor Manual

Together against Suppression

authorities are trying by every means to force the applicant rejected asylum-es-es to return to their country. It was during forced deportations that the logic of repression unfolds in all its fullness. Regardless of the reasons that led a person to leave his country, we support it if it opposes its reference, thus regaining a minimum of self-determination in his life. We believe that every human being is free to decide where he / she wants to live. We denounce the terror of the threat of deportation hanging over all persons without legal status, making them difficult to defend.

By opening the refuge, we want to challenge people. We believe that state violence affects us all. We refuse to live in a society where such violence is legitimate and we call for solidarity with all the people it hits hardest.

Our group proposes to create links of solidarity between us, between Swiss immigrant-es, undocumented, instead let us separate. For it is these that make us all separations and all usable in the present economic system. Rather than be seduced by a discourse of "scapegoat" supposed to explain the problems we face in our lives (unemployment, housing crisis, drugs, etc.). We believe it is necessary to put us together. Thus we can find immediate solutions to the most deprived and repressed (collective regularization of persons without legal status, return to welfare, etc.) and we start to think and act to build a society where everyone can flourish in freedom.

In the media ...

The media rarely address topics that interest us, and even less relevant angles and criticism. It must be said, more and more often it seems that the mainstream media turns increasingly xenophobic ideas that exist in public space. Radicalization and trivialization of racism, violent speech, down the idea of equality before the law ... But where to find a critical discourse? How the voice of the dominated-es, the voice of the voiceless, for without rights? Faced with media who seek the sensational, dramatic, simple, how to turn ideas into critical, complex, how to deconstruct the dominant discourse?
In this desolate landscape media, here is the link to a program that's good to listen. Frequency on bananas, "The Language of Wood" offers regular critical subjects in an original, and gives voice to people that we hear too seldom.
The issue of November 16, 2010, recorded at South Pole, back to the sad reality of asylum in Switzerland with the participation of Mimi and Kifu the collective right to stay: "realities and consequences of asylum in Switzerland. "

See also the issue of November 9, 2010: "The ideas of the extreme right are they become appropriate? "

And testimony of Ariel, the militant group.

A replay also: the critical Graziella de Coulon, in the issue of Medialogue 22/06/2009 (intervention comes after the minute 19 ')

STOP VIOLENCE ADMINISTRATIVE Not to deprivation health insurance and emergency assistance for unsuccessful es

Emergency aid is a system of coercion. This finding is evidence for its implementation from 1 st April 2004: Relief establishes discriminatory treatment, inhumane, violates the fundamental rights and achieving the dismissed-es in their physical and mental health. Moreover, the threat of cutting aid emergency is used repeatedly and contrary to the SPOP law in order to get people to "consent" to their dismissal. Recently, the SPOP increases its pressure on those rejected, and so focused on those protected by the shelter open by the Collective Right to stay and Coordination asylum-migration Vaud since October 11, 2010. Indeed, the SPOP suppressed for these people the granting of emergency aid and membership in a mandatory health insurance for basic care. Reason: people no longer reside in centers or homes for emergency assistance.
But the obligation of living in a nursing home to qualify for relief, nowhere in the Act on assistance to asylum seekers and certain categories of foreigners (LARA) or in the Support Guide edited by EVAM. This reversal arbitrary policy also poses a problem of equal treatment obvious, because there are people who receive emergency assistance while residing in an apartment. This measure therefore appears as an administrative retaliation falls including the unsuccessful fight in es-es and protected in refuges. It sanctions and those people have found support and a new dignity by trying to further decline.
Climate of double punishment requires in order to be certain that the sanctions take effect, the SPOP doubles the extent of deprivation of health insurance. Persons residing at the shelter were seen removing the cover disease-are granted to dismissed through EVAM. This deprivation of a basic, highly problematic in light of federal legislation (Health Insurance Act), was assigned initially dismissed all single-es. Then in December 2008, the department had Mr. Leuba backtracked, deciding to cover any person dismissed.
Why then decide on a new turn in November 2010 for a targeted category of people? Why deny people their affiliation to the basic health insurance, while federal law provides a mandatory and they are without resources (no-work, under state of emergency aid)? This measure is nothing other than a share of political repression and administrative actions to eliminate some of those rejected files from the State.
The shelter is a public place, known to the authorities. People are not hidden, but protected, knowingly, political and media authorities. It is so hypocritical and completely wrong to pretend that people no longer existed for SPOP. Deprivation insurance prevents people from continuing treatment and preclude their right to review their files, because without insurance they can not gather the necessary medical reports to this procedure.
We demand so that these restrictions be lifted immediately, that stops the administrative harassment on those rejected and that the authorities put their zeal elsewhere, particularly in reviewing applications for regularization of people who live and do live this township for years and can not be deported to a country where they and they are no longer linked.

Words To Congratulate Having A Baby

JURASICK PARK

Here are some pictures of a good lil past weekend in the Jura after heavy rains Bridge November 11.
Lots of people including Russians (Tomass and Alex) made the trip to come for a ride ptite on our playground and several groups have formed. Some were to the south of Jura (Longviry, Semin, etc. ..) and some more near the center of Champagnole (Saine, Lemme, eel, etc ...). And with good water we could finally be the downfall of the restaurant trout from the upper Lemma.

Saturday we all met on the Loue, the water level was big, small cons were being especially before the great fall and thresholds much stuck. Then on Sunday
have done a day falls on the Ain and the last 800m of the Lemma just before the cascade Billaude (totally impassable) or rising in a fault 4b 40m takes longer than the section kayaking. (This part must be located on the right bank before the sail as it is impossible to Secus at the foot of the falls)
