Where Does Frito Lay Sunflower Seeds Come From

Break between the Collective Right to Keep and churches in

The Collective Right to Keep obliged to leave the Current refuge in the Church of St. Esprit Lausanne, unable to accept the conditions imposed by the churches to our continued collaboration.

Indeed, following a meeting with State Councilor Philippe Leuba, leaders of two churches, Catholic and Protestant, have asked us last Monday to close the shelter overnight, while two parishes were ready for us welcome. They are then returned their decision after a discussion with members of the Collective and other support by offering us a parish outside Lausanne. Worse, they force us to exclude the refuge one of two people staying there now.

because they wanted to impose conditions on persons in shelter, including the fact that they wanted "something is still possible" point of view instead of legal pressure on the selection criteria applied by the authorities , demanded that the group engaged. On this basis they have excluded T. their protection and this despite the declared support by several MP's by responsible organizations and human rights of migrants and personalities of the township. So we are back once again faced with the separation between "good-bad and not-s-es-es refugee" or if you want the "true and false-es-es-sses refugee!

During the 100 days of existence of the shelter, we have accepted the terms of churches including, inter alia, the refusal to let us install more than 3 weeks in the same place, forcing us to a precarious and moving away from migrants it is difficult to know. They have constantly said it was extremely difficult to find churches willing to welcome us, leaving us still waiting to find ourselves without a home until the last moment, citing their good faith and respect for their democratic base, while we know that many parishes have been willing to accommodate the shelter.

Today, we can not accept that the churches unleash the poorest people, people that the system has excluded many years. The authorities of the churches play the game of the state and their "boss" Philippe Leuba, trying to divide our movement. We do
let us not divide, we will no longer be es strolled by church authorities who are more interested in laws to messages of solidarity and protection of the weak forbidden by the Gospel. By turning its back on the applicant for asylum standing-es-e-es, by refusing to support their right to a dignified life and preferring smooth power in the direction of the hair, the authorities of the churches are complicit intrusive and discriminatory policies the lives of migrants and migrants.

But our struggle continues. Switzerland is another possible and necessary.
